Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unplayed, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us first at info@happyshesh.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent with a trackable shipping service.

Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items that have been used or played with
  • Gift cards

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your current order and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
